Cookie Policy
Last updated: 8 June 2026
Cookies and similar technologies (including browser localStorage) store small amounts of data on your device. We use strictly necessary technologies to run the site, and—only with your consent—optional analytics and marketing technologies. You can review or change your choices at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.
Categories we use
- Strictly necessary (always active): keep you signed in to the client portal, remember your cookie choices, secure the site, and enable Stripe checkout and fraud prevention. The site cannot function without these, so they do not require consent.
- Functional: remember preferences such as your selected language.
- Analytics (optional, off by default): help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Loaded only after you consent.
- Marketing (optional, off by default): measure campaigns and show relevant content. Loaded only after you consent.
Specific items
xr-cookie-consent— necessary — stores your consent choices.xr-client-session— necessary — keeps you signed in to the client dashboard.xr-locale— functional — remembers your language selection.- Stripe — necessary — set on Stripe's checkout/payment pages for payment processing and fraud prevention.
- Web fonts — fonts are self-hosted and served from our own domain, so no request is made to Google or any third-party font provider, and your IP is not shared for fonts.
We do not currently set analytics or marketing cookies. The consent banner is in place so that, if such tools are added, they will only run after you opt in.
Managing cookies
Use "Cookie Settings" in the footer to accept, reject, or fine-tune non-essential categories. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though strictly necessary items are needed for core functions like login and checkout.
